Catawba County Commissioners met in regular session Monday (March 6).

Catawba County staff requested that the board adopt a resolution confirming the final Assessment Rolls for Fox Chase Subdivision and authorize the collection of the assessments. In addition, staff requested that the board adopt a resolution confirming the final Assessment Rolls for Norman Plantation Subdivision and authorize the collection of the assessments. The board approved both of these items.

There were four items on the consent agenda. Among those items, a request from the Finance and Personnel Subcommittee that Commissioners approve a contract between Catawba County and Martin Starnes & Associates for auditing services for FY 2022-23.

The consent agenda also included a request that the board approve a bid award to Core & Main, LP, for materials required for the Hwy 16/150 water line extension project. Commissioners approved all four consent agenda items.
