31-year-old Casey Christen Clark of Blowing Rock Boulevard in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (July 6) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony failure to notify change of address as a registered sex offender and two felony probation violations. Clark is listed on the NC State Bureau of Investigation Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry for convictions in Caldwell County in May 2019 of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He remains in jail as of this morning under $75,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for today.
