44-year-old Todd Anthony Moody of Abington Road in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (January 5) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony breaking and entering. Moody was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under $30,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (January 6).
