LENOIR, N.C. (WHKY) – A 25-year-old Lenoir man is facing multiple felony charges following a shooting investigation. Brayan Mejia, of 1229 Old North Road in Lenoir, has been charged by the Lenoir Police Department with felony counts of discharging a firearm into occupied property and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

Mejia was being held in the Caldwell County Detention Center without bond. Additional details about the incident, including when and where it occurred, have not been released.
