Caldwell Community College Volleyball Set for Region X Tournament Saturday

The Caldwell Community College volleyball team is the top seed for the upcoming 2023 Region 10 Division Three Volleyball Tournament. The Cobras and and Sandhills Community College split their regular season matches. To settle the tiebreaker, sets won was the next factor after head-to-head matchups. Caldwell won five sets to Sandhills’ three sets to earn the top seed for the Region 10 tournament.

The Cobras will take on the host venue, Central Carolina Community College in the first semifinal contest at 10am on Saturday. If the Cobras win, they will face either Sandhills or Patrick & Henry Community College at 2pm Saturday.

The Region 10 Division Three tournament champion will advance to the National Junior College Athletic Association Mid-Atlantic District Championship to be held on Saturday, October 28. Region 20 will be the host and the location and time will be announced later.
