Caldwell Community College volleyball ran their winning streak to ten games, defeating Johnson & Wales University three sets to one in Charlotte on Saturday afternoon.

Laney Craig led three Cobras who had double digit kills. Craig finished with 13, while Catherine Pate had 11 and Greenleigh Gleason had 10. Defensively, Emily Ramirez had 21digs and Craig had 10. Leah Pimentel had five block assists.

Caldwell swept the season home and home series against Johnson & Wales. Saturday was scheduled to be a tri-match, but Lenoir Community College pulled out of the match late Friday evening.

Caldwell improves to 12-2 overall and will open up Region 10 Division 3 play at Central Carolina Community College on Tuesday at 6:30PM.
