Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute’s Cincere Scott would score 26 points in his debut for the Cobras as Caldwell cruised to a 93-69 victory over Cleveland Community College Tuesday night. It was the home opener for Caldwell, as they improved to 4-0 on the season.
Cleveland led early, holding an 11-4 advantage. Caldwell chipped away at the margin and took their first lead at 20-18 with 10:32 remaining in the first half. After the Yetis tied the game at 20, the Cobras would respond with a 15-1 run to take a 35-21 lead with 5:42 left until halftime. Cleveland would close the advantage to 44-34 at the half.
