29-year-old Shawn Forrest Thornburg of Berry Road in Connelly Springs was arrested Friday (July 15) by Granite Falls Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor simple assault. Thornburg was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $5,300 secured bond. District Court dates were scheduled today (July 18) and for August 11.
