Mosteller has been convicted of several crimes including assault, trespassing, violation of a protective order, speeding to elude arrest, kidnapping, and the sale of schedule II controlled substance.

Following Friday’s arrest, Mosteller was incarcerated in the Burke County Jail under no bond and he remained in jail as of earlier today (June 27). Mosteller was scheduled to appear in District Court in Morganton Monday (June 26). Has multiple upcoming court dates scheduled in Burke County with the next appearance set for July 7 in District Court. His next District Court date on the Catawba County charge is scheduled for July 3.
