MORGANTON, N.C. (WHKY) — The Burke County Board of Adjustment will consider a special-use permit for a proposed 199-foot communications tower next week.

The request was submitted by Mitchell and Christina Clark and Vertical Bridge for property at 5491 Pinnacle Church Road. The board may hear comments from adjacent property owners who have legal standing in the matter.

The public meeting begins at 6 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Burke County Services Building, 110 North Green Street in Morganton. Attendees should use Door E.
