27-year-old Cody Allen Rice of Pineburr Road in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (March 22) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of burglary tools and misdemeanor breaking and entering. Rice was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is was scheduled today (March 23).
