41-year-old Stacy Alanna Spear of Hopewell Road in Boone was arrested Thursday (February 23) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with three felonies: possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule two controlled substance, and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance. Spear received a custody release and is not listed in jail as of this morning. A District Court date was scheduled for February 27.
