52-year-old Wayne Brown of Wilkesboro Boulevard in Boomer was arrested Thursday (March 16) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony indecent liberties with a child and misdemeanor assault on a female with a $10,000 secured bond. Brown was not listed in jail as of this morning but a Superior Court date was scheduled for March 22.
