A man found deceased on Sunday (September 24) in Taylorsville has been identified. Taylorsville Police Chief Michael Millsaps says the man who was found is 69-year-old Steve Ward Scott of Taylorsville.

Chief Millsaps says the investigation has not uncovered any evidence of foul-play but the cause of death is uncertain. The body was found at a residence off Linneys Mountain Road.
