35-year-old Heather Lousie Hammac of Old Johns River Road in Blowing Rock was arrested Friday (December 16) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with felony breaking and entering to a vehicle and given a $3,000 secured bond. Hammac remains in jail as of this morning with District Court scheduled for January 4.
