35-year-old Heather Louise Hammac of Old Johns River Road in Blowing Rock was arrested Sunday (January 8) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with felony breaking and entering to an auto vehicle and given a $3,000 secured bond. Hammac remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for January 9.
