The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for 67-year-old Lynne Blay Barker. Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Ms. Barker, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Lynne Blay Barker is described as a white female, 5’4″, 170 pounds with short gray hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black glasses, a gray/brown leopard print t-shirt, black and white multi-print camo pants and white tennis shoes.

Ms. Barker went missing from Crown Colony Assisted Living at 291 Commercial Drive in Mooresville. She was last seen leaving the facility on camera at 1:51 p.m. Tuesday (May 23). She left on foot and was noticed missing by staff at 5 p.m. when they did their checks.
