In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office was not able to conduct their usual spring and fall drug suspect round-ups. The department has still been able to arrest several drug suspects in recent months. According to a news release issued by the Sheriff’s Office, ten individuals facing felony drug charges were arrested in November and December of 2020. Authorities also released the names and photos of three suspects being sought.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the following suspects either sold directly to an undercover detective or arranged the sale of a controlled substance to an undercover detective. All have been charged with felony drug counts. They are 33-year-old Brittany Dunlap Neill, 32-year-old Latoya Lynette Smith, 46-year-old John Daniel Oxendine, 43-year-old Joseph Scott Pergerson, 48-year-old Mark John Dul, 41-year-old Ivy Lynn Stroud, 32-year-old Kristen Leigh Werth, and 58-year-old Michael Anthony Karis, all of Statesville. Also arrested were 29-year-old Robert Earl Figley II of Rockwell and 22-year-old Timothy Lee Williams of Troutman.
These suspects were still being sought by authorities in Iredell County on felony drug charges. 23-year-old Connor Shane Stillmon of Mainsail Road in Salisbury, 40-year-old Steven Deshaun Turner of Allen Creek Road in Statesville, and 43-year-old Kimberly Dawn Dagenhart of Baker Street in Statesville.
