32-year-old Shelton Lee Lackey of Cliffside Place in Lenoir was arrested Friday (February 26) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony assault inflicting serious injury along with misdemeanor counts of intoxicated and disruptive and resisting a public officer. Lackey was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under $2,000 secured bond and on a no bond hold. A District Court appearance is scheduled for March 29.
