App State falls to 0-2 while Pitt moves to 2-0 on the season.

Lindsey Poff (Charlotte, N.C./Charlotte Catholic) highlighted the setback with her first-career goal in the second half of the contest as she rebounded a Tess Cairney (Wilmington, N.C./Eugene Ashley) penalty kick in the 76th minute. Cairney tallied her first assist of the season.
