App State Men’s Cross Country Receiving Votes in NCAA Rankings

App State men’s cross country appeared in the receiving votes section of the Boost Treadmills NCAA poll.

The poll ranked the top-15 teams in the nation in its first weekly installment. The Mountaineers received votes in the poll, along with fellow Sun Belt foe Arkansas State.

The poll is comprised of a panel of retired and former coaches. Conference rankings were also voted on, with the Mountaineers ranking second in the Sun Belt, behind Arkansas State.

The Black and Gold will continue the 2020 season on Saturday at the Live at Lou Cross Country Classic in Louisville, Ky. The men’s race is slated for a 9 a.m. start and will feature teams from the ACC, Big 12, Conference USA and SEC.
