30-year-old Beau Brenton Davis of Topia Road in Alleghany County, NC was arrested Sunday (November 12) by Granite Falls Police Officers. He was charged with felony failing to appear and jailed under $75,000 secured bond in the Caldwell County Detention Facility. Davis remained in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for January 8, 2024. He has three previous felony charges in Caldwell County for possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine, and fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle.
