48-year-old Crystal Dawn Carr of Taylorsville was arrested Sunday (August 6) by Taylorsville Police officers. She’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Carr was released under a secured bond of $3,000. A District Court appearance is scheduled for August 21.
