44-year-old Tony Mark Stout of Hiddenite was arrested Thursday (May 19) by authorities in Alexander County. He’s charged with flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle. Stout reportely led police on a vehicle chase Thursday. Following the arrest Stout was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under $5,000 secured bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (May 20). No court date was listed.
