Additional Information Released On Recent Drug Arrests

More details have been released regarding recent drug arrests in Caldwell County. Sheriff Alan Jones announced that on February 9, 2024, the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office and Lenoir Police Department made numerous arrests of alleged drug dealers in Caldwell County. The joint operation led to the seizure of illegal narcotics valued at $11,267, a stolen firearm and the arrests of five individuals.

WHKY previously reported on the arrests of four of the five suspects taken into custody. 69-year-old William Howard Tugman Jr. was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance. 48-year-old Charles Ray Lindsey Jr., was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances.

44-year-old Keith Bernard Graham was charged with possession of methamphetamine. 57-year-old Jeffery Gwyn Trivette and 54-year-old Michelle Sheets Hinrichs were both charged with trafficking meth and maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances. Tugman, Lindsey, and Graham are Lenoir residents. Trivette and Hinrichs are residents of Hudson.

Police seized a total of 67 grams of meth, two grams of crack cocaine, 1.5 grams of fentanyl and a stolen .45 caliber handgun. Lindsey, Graham, and Trivette all remained in the Caldwell County Detention Center as of earlier today (February 16). Tugman and Hinrichs were not listed as inmates in Caldwell County.
