More details have been released in connection to the arrests of multiple suspects in a Long View drug case. WHKY previously reported on the arrests of 39-year-old Krystal Nicole Davis and 50-year-old Rodolfo Atkinson, Jr., both of Long View. A third suspect, 41-year-old Timothy Dale England, also of Long View, has also been arrested in this case.
Davis is charged with felony counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, trafficking heroin, and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance along with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Atkinson is charged with felony counts of maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and trafficking heroin. England is charged with felony maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Last Thursday (October 14), Long View Police, the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office, the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, and North Carolina Probation and Parole executed a narcotics search warrant at an address on 1st Avenue Northwest. According to police, the search resulted in the discovery of heroin and drug paraphernalia. In addition, a firearm was found in the possession of a convicted felon.
All three suspects were jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility following their arrests. Davis was confined under $75,000 secured bond, Atkinson was incarcerated under $30,000 secured bond, and England was jailed under $4,000 secured bond. Davis and Atkinson remained in jail today (October 19), England is not listed as an inmate. All three suspects are scheduled to appear in District Court November 4.
