High school wrestling begins state dual-team tournament Tuesday

High school wrestling tomorrow begins the first and second rounds of the dual-team state tournament.

In the 2-A class:
Newton-Conover hosts Surry Central and with a win would take on the winner of West Lincoln and Ashe County.

Bandys travels to Trinity and with a win takes on the winner of North Surry and Thomasville.

Bunker Hill hosts Madison and with a win would then face off against the winner of East Rutherford and Berry Academy.

In the 3-A class:
St. Stephens hosts Freedom with the winner advancing on to face the winner of Crest and South Rowan.

Fred T. Foard travels to West Henderson and with a win takes on the winner of Enka and Ashbrook.

In the 4-A class:
Alexander Central takes on Southeast Guilford at Davie County. Should the Cougars win, they would face the winner of the Davie County/Northwest Guilford match.
