Lenoir-Rhyne University will hold its sixth-annual Symposium on University Research and Creative Expression (SOURCE) on April 29 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. A Welcome Reception will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. in the Belk Centrum lobby.
The event will feature presentations based on research conducted by Lenoir-Rhyne students covering diverse topics such as the link between ADHD and premature birth to Native Americans and the U.S. criminal justice system; from lung function in swimmers and runners to quality of life in nursing homes. Students from all disciplines, from the arts to health sciences to mathematics, take part in SOURCE.
Classes will be canceled during the symposium so students and faculty can attend the presentations. The public is also invited to attend.
